On the Capped Bust Design, Liberty has aged into a unattractive middle-aged woman. This design made appearances on the Half Cent from 1809 to 1836, the Large Cent from 1808 to 1814, the Half Dime from 1829 to 1837, the Dime from 1809 to 1837, the Quarter Dollar from 1815 to 1838, the Half Dollar from 1807 to 1839, and the Quarter Eagle from 1808 to 1834.
